The Government of Nepal may publish notices from time to time and direct any person who keeps any arms or ammunitions in any place specified in the notice throughout Nepal to surrender them to the designated authorities. After the publication of such notice, all the persons who have the relevant weapons or equipment must file the information as requested by the designated authority and if they want to see such weapons or equipment, they must also show it.
